Collaboration Health &Fitness Worksop with Madison Sante Clinic and She Empowers Community:
This workshop was particularly beneficial as it was part of my involvement with the SheEmpower community. It feels rewarding to serve the community and offer valuable, free tips to all women. As I conducted a fitness and health workshop focusing on practical tips for daily life, highlighting the importance of supplements and demonstrating exercises that can be done while sitting at your desk, without the need to visit a gym. Special emphasis was placed on Pilates, which can be easily integrated into work hours.
